![]() ![]() I made sixteen pancakes the size of the ones shown below. I don’t have coconut oil, so I use a canola spray for the skillet. When I make them, I combine all of the flours that I have to make 2 cups, I use 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, almond milk, and as I said, blueberries.
